What Lies Ahead is a road trip psychological thriller starring Emma Dumont and Rumer Willis.

 

A young woman (Emma Dumont) embarks on an unexpected road trip, helping her boyfriend's sister (Rumer Willis) drive her car from Georgia to New York. As the two women get to know each other - encountering assorted locals and misadventures along the way - it soon becomes clear that an unseen peril exists, a threat that grows stronger with each passing mile.
